| Come
and join us for a fun exercise class! The class meets every Tuesday
afternoon at 2:00 p.m. for one hour. Programs include stretching,
exercises with a period of a cool down and stretching again at the
end of the class.
Classes
are taught by a member of the PIASC,Jack E. Galatolo - ACSM, NSCA,
USA, AIFE, Arthritis Foundation
Each
week the exercises provide you with an overall total body workout.
Additional information on special programs is also offered. If you
have not exercised recently, you should consult with your doctor
and discuss starting an exercise program with him.
The
equipment used for the exercise class include swiss-balls, med-balls,
dumbbells, and exercise mats. You move at your own pace to meet
your own individual goals. There are a variety of benefits from
starting an exercise program. It's never too late to improve your
strength, endurance and functionality. Come and be part of the class!
