$25,000
– that is how much Barbara Albright has raised in the past four
years for the fight against breast cancer. This year she is again
asking you help – just a donation of $10. This is just $0.25 per
mile for her 40 mile walk. Of course you can give more if you would
like.

specialties?
If the answer is yes, we need you for our Taste of Italy at the
Peninsula Italian American Social Club. Cook up a specialty from
your province to serve at this important Festa Italiana charity
event – because what could be more a Taste of Italy than provincial
specialties made by our own members who come from the provinces?
The event is Saturday night, July 10th. Let’s show San Mateo how

FESTA
ITALIANA 2004

On
Sunday, July 25th, the Festa Italiana Street Fair returns to San Mateo
for its 18th consecutive year. This event is the oldest Italian Festival
at the same location in the Bay Area. The Peninsula Italian American
Social Club was the founding organization and is highly responsible
for raising over $2,250,000 in proceeds for the developmentally disabled
in San Mateo County. The Bocce Ball coaches continue to help the needy
children and adults and the Peninsula Italian American Social Club
is once again hosting this wonderful event.

July 25th.
