Members
paying their dues of $75 by December 31, 2003 will receive a FREE
dinner at the Installation Dinner on January 10th, 2004. The attendance
at this dinner is limited to the first 300 persons; a second Installation
Dinner on January 24th is likewise limited to 300 persons. A guest
may also attend for $20. The first 300 persons must attend the January
10th Dinner. Dues payment must be received at the Club by December
31st to entitle you to a free dinner, and dues are delinquent if
not paid by February 10th, 2004. NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE.
Members are encouraged when paying their annual dues to make a contribution
to the Peninsula Social Club Scholarship Foundation. This contribution
is tax deductible.

Enclosed
is an insert highlighting the proposed amendments to the bylaws
of the Peninsula Italian American Social Club as recommended by
the Board of Directors. This will serve as the written notice requirement
as stipulated in our bylaws. The third and final reading of these
amendments will take place at the General Dinner Meeting on December
9, 2003, at which time any discussion concerning these amendments
will take place, followed by a general membership vote on all revisions
as a whole.
