First, I want to congratulate and thank Marlene and Dino Belluomini, the chairpersons for our Carnevale Night Dinner-Dance, for a very elegant and entertaining event.  We all enjoyed the spectacular decorations, the elaborate and delicious dinner, and the great music and entertainment by the very talented Peppe Merolla and his Band.  We also thank everyone who came dressed in costumes.  It made the evening much more interesting and fun. A special thanks to everyone who was involved with this great event.

Our Scholarship Dinner-Dance is coming up on April 12.  It will feature not only a fabulous dinner, but also some great dancing music by the popular Steve Balich Band.  Chaired by Ed and Elaine Battistini, this event is always great fun for everyone.  At the same time, it helps to raise funds for our scholarship fund, making it possible for the PIASC to award scholarships to a number of deserving and bright high school seniors.  I look forward to your attendance.

Bring your entire family to the PIASC Mother’s Day Celebration on Sunday, May 4 at 5:00 PM.  The Chairpersons for this popular event, Frank and Franca Benvenuto, together with Cliff and Terri Goodwine, promise that everyone who attends will enjoy himself.

Saturday, May 10 marks our Venetian Night Dinner-Dance, chaired by the young, exciting, and enthusiastic couple, Mark and Sandy Peruzzaro. This is the first regional dinner-dance of the year.  We look forward to working with Mark and Sandy and their committee to make this year’s Venetian Night Dinner-Dance a successful and enjoyable event for everyone.
